Admissions Process

The following steps should be taken as you go through the admissions process at Faith Lutheran High School:

  • Complete the Online Application for admission.
  • Submit copy of school records (if official records have not yet been sent).
  • Present a certified copy of your student's birth certificate.
  • Return a signed copy of School Covenant Statement
  • If student is transferring from another high school, an interview will be scheduled with the student(s) and at least one parent, before or shortly following the receipt of the application.
  • Submit Registration Fee to School Office by April 15 to avoid late fee.
  • Submit Financial Aid Request by June 1st.
  • Financial Aid award letters will be mailed by June 21st along with a family work contract.  All financial aid recipients are assigned janitorial duties or other work to help offset the cost of tuition.
  • Following acceptance and receipt of registration, the student will be asked to complete a health record, including immunization records and a physical examination by a doctor.  Forms are enclosed with this packet.
  • A placement exam is required of all incoming freshmen and transferring high school students.  EXPLORER or PLAN exams administered by another school within the past 6 months will be accepted.  Testing takes place at Immanuel Lutheran School in the the Fall and at Faith Lutheran High School during Spring.
